OrbitAction Pre-Release Terms
These terms apply only to creating and testing an OrbitAction preview account.
1. Preview Status
The portal is under development. Features may be incomplete, changed, suspended or removed before commercial launch. Payment and real-order execution are not enabled in this release.
2. No Investment Promise
OrbitAction does not guarantee profit, performance or protection from loss. Futures and leveraged trading can cause rapid and substantial losses.
3. Account Security
- Use accurate registration information and protect your password and devices.
- Do not share account sessions, verification links or security codes.
- Do not enable Binance withdrawal permission for an OrbitAction API key.
4. Safe Use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, tenant isolation, rate limits, execution locks or other safety mechanisms. Access may be restricted when needed to protect customers or the platform.
5. Commercial Launch
Paid plans, billing, refunds, support commitments and production trading terms will be provided in separately reviewed documents before those services are offered.
